I went to J.C. Penny�s on my power wheelchair for a couple of curtain rod hooks and when I went to the check out, there was a young mother carrying her baby and a bag with some goods hanging from her arm. She placed the baby on the counter and removed the bag, handing it to the clerk.

It was a cute little tike and was just big enough to sit up. I said, �Gee, that�s a cute one. What department did you find that in?�

Without the lapse of a second she looked straight into my eyes and said, �In the bedroom department...�

The lady behind the register was black, but she turned totally red. There was two young girls beside me and they were wiping away tears. Then I figured it out - my mouth was hanging open all the way to my chest...
